Missing Reference Guide Menu

Easy Notes' reference guide uses JavaScript to provide an interactive menu for navigation. Depending on your browser's settings, it might happen that no menu is visible, because JavaScript is disabled. Frequently, JavaScript is only disabled for current session temporarily. The following picture shows such case.

In such case, you need to allow the active content, JavaScript, to use the menu.
