Everyday, we need to finish something on time. So, what we need is a handy, yet advanced tool that will remind us on time. Easy Time is such tool with an intuitive and friendly interface.

With Easy Time, you can set alarms using several, distinctive schedules. It is possible to combine single, periodic and aperiodic time schedules. Each alarm has its name, subject and note, so that you can track anything related. If there is an activity to, Easy Time can run a program, when raising the alarm. As a matter of course, it is possible to adjust look and sound of each alarm, define its durability and to postpone it. Action executing alarms can go in a silent mode. If you would like to be notified about raised alarm, it is no problem. Easy Time can you send an e-mail for you.

Easy Time has a built-in diary. It gives a week overview with several notes per day, and summary of related alarms. By selecting a day, you get a full access to all alarms planned for that day and all notes related to. With auto-run capability enabled, Easy Time can show you all notes and alarms for present day, each time you turn your computer on.

To stay on current time, Easy Time can synchronize time via Internet. The database holds 281 time servers, which are sorted by world-wide regions. Time synchronization can use multiple-queries to eliminate network lag, and you can set it to be performed automatically, or manually.

Even a small feature can be an advantage. To maintain a comfortable track of current time, Easy Time offers your desktop a skinnable clock with 32-bit graphics and anti-aliasing. A number of skins are available right with the installation, yet you can still create one easily for yourself. Moreover, you can override the taskbar clock to display the time the way you like it.

Events

Each event has confiruable attributes: schedule, description, durability, appearance, action and e-mail functionality
Event is planned either as a single schedule, or as a composition of several simple schedules: single, repeatable and day of week
Schedule composition allows you to define any time sequence you can imagine
Event can be temporarily deactivated and/or postponed
Description includes name, subject and rich-text-formatted main note with possibility of embedded OLE objects and link to files
Event can close its notification window after a given time interval, or you can choose to suppress the window entirely
Event can have a termination time, on which it deactivates itself
On deactivation, several optional actions can be taken
Showing of missed notification can be set per event
Predefined or custom image can be shown on event notification
Predefined or custom sound/video with given repeating can be played on event notification

Time Synchronization

Vast list of 281 time servers, which are given by geographic regions
Each server displays its address, location, geographic location, synchronization, service area and access policy, if the information is available

It is oossible to enter address of a time server that is not listed
It is possible to schedule time synchronization
Each server can be queired multiple times to precisely figure out the network lag
Synchronization with server can be cancelled, if a time difference is greater than a user-definable treshold
Easy Time always displays time difference between local machine and the time server
